Back Orders: Back Orders do not apply to transactions at this web site
Tax Charges: For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security: We are currently taking credit card payments as advance against machinery and our services up to £5000.00 while more than this, we will prefer to open a letter of credit through the bank.
Guarantee: All our used plant and machinery is sold as seen and no warranty is implied or given. This may change depending on specific arrangements between seller and buyer.
Privacy Policy: We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order.
Returns Policy: We do not currently operate a return policy of any goods unless prior agreed with the buyer.
Remittance Terms: Payment Terms are cleared prior to shipment.
Fees: Where customers is willing to look the machinery before its purchase, advance fee of £1000.00 will be charged per day adjustable in the order. Appointment is necessary in this regard.
